Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income which can be attached to this application directly, or you can email it separately to apply@GPMsandiego.com.
Please contact Golden Property Management prior to applying for pet/animal restrictions. Again the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide a minimum 3 years of residential rental history or proof of home ownership, 2 months of pay stubs, and 2 months of bank statements. Please provide current contact information for your rental references. Monthly income must be minimum of at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount, and/or rent cannot be more than 30% of combined monthly household income. Last, a credit score of 600 or higher is a must to be considered. If you are applying with another applicant(s), the monthly income requirements will be combined.
Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

2) 2 month's worth of bank statements
3) Copy of your ID/Driver Licensee
