In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income which can be attached to this application directly, or you can email it separately to

Please contact Golden Property Management prior to applying for pet/animal restrictions. Again the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide a minimum 3 years of residential rental history or proof of home ownership, 2 months of pay stubs, and 2 months of bank statements. Please provide current contact information for your rental references. Monthly income must be minimum of at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount, and/or rent cannot be more than 30% of combined monthly household income. Last, a credit score of 600 or higher is a must to be considered. If you are applying with another applicant(s), the monthly income requirements will be combined.

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please attached the following documents to your application:
1) 2 month's worth of pay stubs
2) 2 month's worth of bank statements
3) Copy of your ID/Driver Licensee
